A friend was getting married and wasn't going to have a cake, so I volunteered to make a cake for her. She was having a casual reception in a rustic setting, as part of the reception festivities they were having campfires and making smores so she asked if I could do a smore-themed wedding cake, below is the result.
This is the biggest cake I ever made, 4-tiers; 12"-10"-8"-6". Chocolate cake, graham cracker flavored vanilla cake (both Yolanda Gamp's recipes), Toasted Marshmallow Buttercream (Joshua John Russel's recipe) and chocolate ganache drizzle.
I'm really happy with the final result (and so was the bride :) ).
