Just like the Wizard of Oz that started in black and white, so shall my first crafty project on the now official Devinely Designed blog.
I've been really into creating floral cards with a shabby-chic, vintage, ornate kind of a vibe. I've been scouring Pinterest for inspiration; and of course posts over on Stamp Nation.
I feel like I'm getting a bit better with these types of cards and I'm really liking the last few ones I've made. These particular two I did in black and white and was going for a very elegant style.
The first card is on pattern paper. The second card I created the patter by using a mixture of heavy gel, black gesso, silver glitter, black glitter and spread it on dark grey card stock using the Tim Holtz harlequin stencil.
